Looking to gain speed, strength, and endurance this Summer? Join us this Summer for Synergy’s inaugural run club. Synergy Run Club is designed for specifically for students entering 4th to 8th grade. We focus on the fundamentals including proper warm up, running form, and drills. Sessions are endurance focused but will also include speed work, accelerations, plyometrics, and intervals. Perfect for students preparing for a season of cross country, soccer, football, track, etc.
Sessions will vary, but typically will include 1-2 miles of total run volume. The primary goal is to build functional fitness and athleticism. We’ll work hard, dig deep, but also keep it fun with active games. We’ll mix things up with hills, sprints, change of direction drills, core work, endurance runs, strength, competitions, etc.
